TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The last few times visiting this branch, I’ve always considered changing my back. They are so inconsiderate. I was waiting in line to deposit a cheque and (the only one in line)And there was two tellers behind the counter that could have helped me but instead they decided to make me wait a while. Then finally another teller was done and helped me. I also asked to have a note Put in my file that I’d be using my card overseas and they said they don’t do that. And if my card was declined while on vacation, I would have to call the number on the back of the card.I don’t want to even run into this problem while away. Why.not just put it on my file? These employees at this location need to learn how to set they’re priorities. Clients come first. Not goossiping or drinking your coffee in the room behind the counter.

I always felt banks kept a lot of information hidden and had a negative perception about them, but when I went to this branch as a walk--in in need of a mortgage, I was directed to Kanchi Shah and I have to say she exceeded all my expectations. She was so thorough and patient when answering all of my questions. Called me back the next day to book a follow up appointment which was reassuring knowing my business was being handled by a knowledgeable professional who is not only competent and prompt but also friendly.

Went to td at boardwalk and the financial advisor wasn’t able to properly answer my questions. Today I went to this td branch instead and I met with Shawn who was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions! Definitely, will be going to this branch more often for my banking needs.

Worst branch ever, It took me 45 minutes to wire money and that is not include the waiting time. I the teller talked to 4 people about how she should do this! I wouldn't go there for any transactions anymore and I might switch to RBC.

Good Branch. Nice location with plenty of parking.Very helpful and friendly staff. This branch has locker facility and several office rooms for financial advisors to help customers.The service is quick . Only at times we need to wait longer when someone ahead of us has a bunch of bills to pay or teller need to call head office for some complex transaction.I wish the staff direct those type of transactions to back office staff or others in the bank and clear the clients in line fast for quick transactions.All good. Keep up the good service

I have been depositing cheques in this branch since April of this year to my business account and have had no problems. And a new person I have never seen him work here before named sholak. Puts a hold on my pay cheques for no reason as it has not happened before. Especially during this time right before new years. Should give everyone the same training. Terrible.

In late November of 2021 I requested a transfer of my RESP accounts to TD Action Direct. It has been five months since the request and nothing has been done. I have been to the bank for at least four appointments and been assured that the process is being handled and is in order. Nothing has happened. There is always another excuse. This is ridiculous that it is taking this long. The advisor is Kanchi Shah who never returns my calls. I am totally exasperated that I can’t get this done. It really looks like this branch does not care about my business.The bank has now got the signatures of four out of five of the parents of the RESP children but because one of the families is in BC, different rules apply and I apparently need federal approval for that RESP. I am still waiting for a resolution.

This branch is literally the worst td branch we have yet experienced...we purchased some precious metal in person rather than online because i felt it be more secure...5 days later we received call that our item came in & ready for pickup....next day i come in and manager says that she cannot give it to me because she cannot leave the front teller area unattended due to understaffing...i have a fair amount of patience, but i told manager why they called me then? ...a waste of gas ⛽ and time for me! ...like i have nothing else to do...Later i find out our item never even arrived.!?!..clearly they messed up and were hiding something...not only that but they didn't give us any receipt and we had to ask for it!...this bank was clearly much better decades back when it was called Toronto Dominion Bank ...will purchase precious metal at other banks...cibc or bmo...avoid this unorganized hole...

Popped in today to set up my TD easy web.Had a great experience!Super friendly & prompt service. Definitely appreciate the staff - good team!

A fine bank. Far better than CIBC. Staff seem like they genuinely want to help you. Always a lineup (are they understaffed for 10+ years?) but overall a decent place.I eventually jumped to Tangerine because I didn't want to pay a monthly fee to own an account, but that's not really a problem with this branch per se.
