Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So when I went to pick my rental at 9:30 up they told me I need $300 on my prepaid credit card since it’s prepaid so I went and loaded my card to $300 because it only had $100 on it so when I got back at 11:30 then I tried to pay and it wasn’t working then Sasha told me “it has to be a debit card” so I was visibly upset as they told me I need $300 on my pre-paid Credit card So I go and get my debit and pay $300 then at 11:45 after I pay they say “the car needs to be cleaned” so I had to wait 30 mins while they cleaned the car and got my car around 12:15. It was very stressful and unpleasant experience. This was my first time renting from enterprise and will maybe give it one more chance when I do need another rental and see how that experience is, I like enterprise as a company and heard nothing but good from them so I hope this was just a hiccup or a bad day for the south end location. Returning my rental was easy though just filled it up dropped the keys off and left.

The service at Enterprise is top-notch. My experience with the customer service representatives at 1715 regent street, Sudbury was splendid and warm.

I had a rental arranged while my car was at the dealer. Anthony went above and beyond customer service-wise, had to leave a review! It was obviously busy when I came in and Anthony didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Took the time to go over the contract and we went through the car and it was super. I hope I don’t need another rental any time soon, but if I do I will request this branch because of the great service!

They are efficient. They picked me up at the mechanics and when my vehicle was fixed, picked up the rental and I had everything emailed for my records. Easy peasy!

Was told by the manager that I wouldn’t be charge on my visa until my insurance would fix my policy because I was covered for rental coverage ! immediately after I left enterprises turned around and charge me without calling me to notify me, vary bad business practice !!!!

corporate booked. One thing I did not like was the hours available to pick up. Had to pick up by 5 Friday. Nice car, clean friendly staff.

Really poor customer service. Hung up on me when I was asking for a rental. And continued to hang up and then ignore my phone calls back.

I rent a boat load of vehicles for either pleasure or work at numerous locations all over North America. By far the ladies at the Regent location and the guys at the Kingsway and airport locations are amazing and go over and beyond with customer service and make you feel like part of the family in compared to any other of the North American locations that I rent from!Keep up the great work guys!

Very very bad service! They give me car for rent, I gave her all my documents, credit card and she told me you driver license not valid, what is mean not valid? Nothing to explain, after I told her but in Kingsway office I can rent and she told go to rent Kingsway office! Please Enterprise when you add people to work check mental and behavioural, because I feel first time, but I am always used Enterprise, more than 10 times!
