Dave from Dean’s Appliance, Walpole, Me, is responsive, professional, patient and communicates very well with customers.We purchased, FROM A BOX STORE, a small, low cost backup refrigerator to install in our garage. I told the “Box Store” salesperson that it would be used there. Once installed the freezer never went below 24 degrees.When I called the manufacturer, the customer service rep was also told that it was installed in the garage. That person agreed that the freezer should chill to 0 degrees and scheduled a “warranty” call for us. Fortunately, Dave handles this manufacturers warranty calls in our area. He called promptly and quickly explained that our make and model is not designed to be used in a garage or any space that operates below 68 to 70 degrees. Fortunately we are able to warm the garage to 70 degrees and the freezer now chills to 0 degrees, JUST LIKE DAVE SAID IT WOULD!The point is; the Box Store salesperson, the User Manual and the manufacturer’s customer service rep didn’t know, indicate or mention this.DAVE KNEW THIS and pleasantly and professionally communicated the info to me. It proves you get what you pay for. I “owe” Dave one and look forward to a future purchase from him. THANKS DAVE!

We hired Dave to fix a family member’s stove that had been partially working for at least 5 years. We couldn’t have been happier with Dave’s service. My brand new washing machine had a slew of mysterious problems, and Dave was great as he worked through them to solve the control board issues. Now he has it working properly, and I can't thank Dave enough for bearing with me as I continuously called him back with yet another mysterious malfunction - all within two months. Does not service the area claimed on his Google listing and claims he has no responsibility for it despite having replied to multiple reviews in the past. You dont get a service area on Google without setting it yourself.

I had a warranty repair through LG and David was the only one who didn’t turn down the repair. He showed up on time for the appointment and had all the tools and replacement parts he needed. It was clear he had a lot of experience and knew exactly what he was doing. Very good to deal with and very clean and respectful. Would highly recommend.
