Amazing customer service. I had a hard time sourcing nutcase helmets for my kids during COVID, and was so happy to find FV Bikes. Their communication was superb, personal and timely. Such great customer service. We ordered our little one a great helmet online. Within minutes we had a text asking if we were sure of the sizing. And validating that it was a great helmet.Next day it shipped out after a text to confirm the address due to a typo I made.Will definitely go back for any kiddo bike needs!

Love, love, love being able to get Havoc Scooters locally! Bought three for our boys and they absolutely love them! Lindsay was SO helpful with the process as I wasn't quite sure on sizing for our littlest. Might just have to get the biggest kid of all one (Dad). Of course he had to give them a whirl at the skatepark and he had a blast!
