Overall great care. However our cat was sick for almost a year before our local pet food store suggested a chicken allergy. It ended up being a chicken allergy all along. So many vet appointments and thousands of dollars spent and nobody suggested an allergy. That being said, they’ve been great since then. I would still recommend them. I would also 1000% recommend getting pet insurance! It’s saved us so many thousands of dollars

I do not recommend this clinic. They did not attend to my aunt's cat, 5 years ago I took my cat and looked for other cheaper vets and it seems they got angry. and now my aunt asked for an appointment and was denied. What kind of clinic denies service to an animal.

The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Even though my cat doesn't enjoy going to the vet they still make sure he's comfortable and respectful of his boundaries while still getting the checkup done.

Bickford Park Animal Hospital has the most kindest, helpful staff I have ever encountered. They were my cats vet for many years. They patiently and graciously helped me navigate my cats many ailments. They always made me feel supported, and every interaction I had with any person on their team was met with absolute kindness.During the pandemic they were still open to the public when many places were not. I am grateful they were since that is when my cat was diagnosed with Diabetes and Pancreatitis. While seeing a high volume of patients daily, they had put understandable and reasonable covid precautions in place, including a sign on the door to call when bringing your animal in for their appointment. I was not allowed in and I 100% respected this very reasonable precaution as i did not want to put any of the staff at risk of being infected when they were already putting themselves at risk working during that time. It was amazing to see how well they upheld their high level of care for their patients and navigated working and caring for their patients in the midst of the global pandemic.I appreciate all they did for my special babe. I will never forget their constant kindness.

They have always been so caring of Ruby. We drive from Etobicoke because we trust them.

I have taken six different pets to Bickford Park Animal hospital and have been so impressed every time with the staff and this clinic. I've had cats and dogs treated for minor ailments and when two of my dogs were ready to say goodbye Dr. Foster and her staff were beyond kind and compassionate with us and took such good care of them. Wonderful clinic.

Excellent service! They are all so kind and compassionate. They were super helpful and followed with us when our foster dog needed to be treated for fleas. I will definitely be returning when we have another dog.

Every encounter I've had with vets and support staff have always been nothing but pleasant. I've been bringing my two fur babes here for several years and am always left feeling confident they're in the best hands. Just look at 'em! Thank you BPAH for the outstanding care and peace of mind you have given me and my babies all these years. Vet staff truly are the unsung heros we need ❣️

Bickford Park is one of the hidden gems of the city. The staff knows their stuff and makes every effort to take care of their clients; both pets and owners. It's not easy these days to find a clinic with an attention to detail and an openness to discuss not only pricing details, but also provide feedback and reasons as to why recommendations need to be done. I never felt pressured into their services and I can speak from personal experience that not only are the doctors top notch and fully qualified, but the front desk staff is friendly and always treat my pets with love and compassion. Anyone that is looking for a clinic that treats your pets like one of their own, look no further. You will not be disappointed.
