Worst customer service you can get. Today me and brother went there around 7:30pm and the guy with turban gave us such a bad service you can ever get in Vancouver. Moreover, while paying for our stuff he handed my bag in very different way which was really rude.

Very rude cashiers. I was shopping a blue jean shirt. After browsing other stores, I made my mind to get it from J&J and revisited the store around 3:30PM. Cashiers, an Indian woman and an Asian guy, whispered in front of me saying, he is back"

Anjali here was so good here at customer service. She was so patient with everyone. Asking all the customers if they need any specific size or any other help, making small conversations while checkout. Its because of her that we end up buying more then what we came for. Doing good here you girl!
