STAY AWAY from KODY and this company! I would have left a no star rating if there was such an option. This is a very unprofessional company which is interested in getting your business with cheap quotes and impressive tech language but in fact are ill informed, have no to poor technical skills/knowledge and dismal after sales service. I can go on and on with my rant but if you are smart you don't need any other reviews. There are many many others you will be better off with. Seriously

My experience with having Kody and his team, at Solutions Hamilton, install my home theater, distributed audio, TVs, networking (10gb backbone) infrastructure, garage door and security system including all internal cabling/wiring has been nothing short of superb. He is extremely honest and goes the extra mile to help. They complete the work on-time and make sure to clean after themselves. Their customer service is just amazing. They are extremely responsive and provide a temporary solution/advice until their tech can come and fix the issue which is very quick and in my experience within 24 hours. If you are in need for security cameras, home safety or any type of electronic service… look no further !!!! This company surpassed all expectations! I don’t usually post reviews but I felt as though I needed to! Cody and his team are professionals who are kind and helpful. They installed all security cameras for my house, and office. I got them to come back to install televisions, and speakers for music throughout my company office. They did and excellent job. Neat and tidy.I will recommend them to anyone who needs technical services. They are great with people who struggle with technology and are really good at explaining step by step what needs to be done.
