What a pleasant experience having Wes, Levi and Mark working to repair our induction cooktop. This is not an easy cooktop to fix but they fix it in time for Thanksgiving! We are so grateful. Carrie is a sweetheart also, always so cheerful on the phone. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance when the unfortunate event of an appliance breaks down.

very efficient, but most of all they wen't out of their way to help me by coming within a couple hours.when they left the dryer was fixed. way superior to try-lakes. matters fact Just recommended another person to you. they will be calling this morning.

Mr appliance Gaylord was fantastic! They were professional, prompt and courteous from the time we contacted them to completion of the work. Would definitely recommend this business. Wesley and Levi were our service technicians & they were knowledgeable, polite and timely. Thank you for such great service! They diagnosed the problem & replaced cold water inlet valve for us.

People on the phone are very friendly. Locally owned in Gaylord. No separate mileage charge and service call fee is credited to the repair cost. Very personable, efficient technicians. No complaints, would call again in a heartbeat if I needed something!

Levi is a fantastic repair professional. He was on time and efficient and competent. He made cost-effective recommendations for the repair, which we greatly appreciated. He even took time to clean the gas stove top, even though he was only here to repair the oven. Would highly recommend.

Wesley was great. Even helped diagnose a problem with our washer while we were running the dishwasher through its cycle. Of course it didn't make the noise we were looking to hear.
