My experience as a new patient at this office was wonderful. From start to finish you are met with professionalism and thoroughness from every staff member. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain the current state of your oral health, things to keep an eye on and advise easily implementable changes to help you avoid potential future problems. I would highly recommend Dr.Sara and her team if you are looking for outstanding patient care!

Would give negative stars if I could. Do not care about clients only care about money. will not help you when begging for help and are condescending and rude to talk to. Was told I would receive a call, waited week and no call. Called back again and was told again I’d receive a call and again no call. Would never reccommend anyone going here don’t waste your time. What a way to treat clients who were looking to spend over 10k for treatment.called the cops on me because I left them a bad review. Went more into detail about my case with the police on the phone then they did when I tried calling and speaking with them. I tried calling back and was again told I would receive a call back and didn’t. I was looking forwards to working with this clinic after hearing good things but I would never recommend anyone waste their time here after this experience.

Dr Holden is absolutely Edmonton's best implant dentist. I went to three dental clinics for consultation before choosing him. He is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly thorough. He and his assistant took time to evaluate my oral conditions and came up with two treatment plans that fit within my budget. He went to great length explaining what dental work I need to take care of before the procedure. He and his assistant answered all of my questions, which calmed my anxiety leading up to the day of the procedure. I had four implants done by him over the course of two visits - one for implant placement and one for crown install. The whole procedure was painless ( I was totally awake the whole time ) and the result is amazing. The teeth LOOK natural, FEEL natural and BITE natural. The best investment I ever made - right here in town. It's worth every penny. To top it off, 6 months after my implants, Dr Holden's clinic reached out to see how I was doing. Let me be clear - we are in the middle of a pandemic and most clinics probably don't bother. But Dr Holden's clinic invited me back for a free check up to see if there is bone loss or gum receding issue. Wow. That's what I call genuine caring for patients. Thank you Dr Holden for the great work and for improving the quality of my life.

Today I had a teeth surgery ( December 2021) and everything went really good, everybody was professional and I felt comfortable. Even couple weeks ago when I had the first appointment for study a plan of attack everything went smooth especially with the plan and the quotes. Up to now ( my issue will take quite a few months to get fixed) I am really pleased how is going.One year and couple months later (February 2023) since the first appointment I have the job done and my opinion about this dental clinic is the same if not even better. The dentist and the staff is very professional, prepared and the end result is impressive. I will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone in need of dental implants.

If you are to do dental implants, I highly recommend Dr. Holden.At a time I thought I had an infection in my implant, Dr. Holden showed at his clinic during off hours and within two hours after my call to check on it. Although there was no infection or anything that has to do with the implant, the doctor was happy that I called him and showed so much care.

AMAZING CLINIC!!!!! Everything from the reception, to the dental assistants, to the hygiene team and the Dentists were absolutely incredible!!! Always make sure I am well taken care of every time i am in!My first time as a patient was excellent and Dr. Sarah was very thorough with her exam, making sure not to miss anything ! They live up to their reputation of being an excellent clinic!

I was referred by my family dentist to Princess Elizabeth Dental for dental surgery and implants. I was very happy with the care and professionalism of Dr Afshar and his team.

Updating my review for my implant procedure. I could not be more happy with the results. Replacing a front tooth and making it look natural is no short or easy task but the team here absolutely nailed it. Custom shaping and shading was provided. The team was very accommodating with my schedule as the cosmetic part often takes several visits. Dr Ali did most of the work and Dr Holden helped out to make sure I was able to have my final crown before I went away. Both Dentists are amazing at what they do. If you are having implant work done anywhere else you are not getting the best available in the city.

It was an absolute wonderful surprise not to walk away feeling like I got punched it the face. Mikayla (unsure of spelling) was my hygienist and she was amazing!!!! Great staff overall and very thorough. So glad I found them.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Afshar and his team. Sincerely. They're friendly, professional, accommodating, and overall stellar in their service. I'm grateful for all they've done for me and highly recommend them.
