I love working with Flight Dental. A new partner for ProNorth since 2020. Don Temple is easy to work with and very knowledgeable on the products and their dental applications. It is so important for ProNorth Medical as a distributor to have local support and expertise. I find the products are high quality, fairly priced and the service outstanding - a combination that offers great value for the dental and veterinary professional community. Excellent customer service and great product! My dental machine was broken when it arrived due to shipping and Joseph sent me another one right away and set it up for me. I am pleased with Joseph and Flight Dental Service. I have attached a picture of the dental machine.

Flight Dental Systems has been a pleasure to work with since our office opened 13 years ago.We currently have three of the A12 dental chairs, which are work horses and comparable to the other overpriced chairs on the market. As with all other equipment in the office, regular maintenance and repair is required to ensure good working order. We have not had any issues at all with the product and would highly recommend it for the price point.We also purchased the Clave 23 a few years ago and run four to five cycles per day. The instruments come out dry and no problems with the cycles itself (all biological indicators have passed).The staff is friendly and the support is good.Thank you Flight Dental!

I have been using flight dental chairs for two years now. They replaced very high end brand of chairs. Flight dental chairs have been great for our office. Reliable with nice finishes. They were a fraction of the cost of some high end chairs on the market but with better quality. I have also been using the flight aerosol evacuation units for year now. No issues with those units as well. When there were any questions regarding any of the flight products, Joseph was a great help. He made sure to guide us to solve minor issues or came in himself to fix the problem. Much better service compared to big named dental dealers. I would highly recommend considering flight products for your dental office.

I would not recommend Flight Dental for any equipment needs. I work for an office and we ordered an external suction per proper COVID-19 protocols. The equipment showed up to the office and it was NOT what we expected. It was extremely cheap, the remote literally says, smoke absorbes control". It was all poorly fabricated and cheap plastic. This was NOT what we expected when we purchased it. I am so believably disappointed in the package my company received. In order to be refunded for the item
