Wasn't crazy busy on a Sunday morning so that was good. Just your regular typical mcdonalds. Good breakfast for hitting the road.

my bagel was burned to an absolute crisp, looked like a hockey puck. i ordered and paid for extra sausage and extra egg and got neither of them. i didn’t even go through the drive thru, but both the DT and front of house were not busy whatsoever. disappointing

I think the manager (or someone was trying to be funny). I ordered 3 meals for myself and my kids. The asked me to pull to the front to wait for fresh fries and I kindly advised them that I would like to wait as on too many occasions they either forget to bring out the food or the order is wrong and I have to go in anyways.I guess the solution was to provide undercooked and soggy fries.... both my kids said there was something wrong as well.I was very kind to the girl and apologized for wait but I guess next time I will have to wait AND inspect all the food before pulling forward.

Was craving the famous $1 cone so thought I stop by on my way to Calgary. The establishment had lots of parking and inside was clean. This location has the self serve machines but I decided to order at the counter. My family placed their order with my cone and in just a few mins our order was ready. Staff was helpful and everyone behind the counter was happy to be working. Now will this positive experience happen again at this location? Not sure but I hope this review helps.

The service is not what I expected. Ordered 3 coffees, only received 2. Also there’s no refills on coffees. If I can give a lower rating than 1, I will. You can receive a refill at Starbucks for.50, better coffee and service.

No good for mobile orders.Only place in town where their system doesn't seem to pick up mobile orders. Most of the time its highly delayed, and often you will show up and the worker will tell you that the payment didn't go through. I then pay for it on my debit card to find out later that the app double charged me when the order finally went through. Getting pretty sick of being double charged and having no real way to prove what happened.

Has childrens playplace, staff are w9nderful to deal with, they have table service" ( i order and they bring my food to me). Play is cleaner than other locations ive been too."

So far the worst McDonald’s in Kamloops, come here prior to work, ordering for a crew of people, drive thru had to say hello 10+ times for a response, they didn’t give any hash browns. Small orange drink even tho they input a medium. The day prior missed an entire McMuffin and hash brown…. Feel chincy having to look in a bag before you leave but apparently have to. Also this is on weekends not a busy weekday morning so parking lot was empty not sure what’s wrong with these people.
