We have been a Telx customer for over 2 years. They provide us with fiber internet, and manage hosted PBX phone service for 40+ employees. Their customer support is excellent! They are very responsive and the service is very reliable. They have gone far and beyond with special projects we have been awarded, like integrating international toll-free numbers to our Toronto call centre. They did this without any interruptions to our service and in a very short time. I would totally recommend Telx!Thank you Evan, Victor and all your team!

We recently switched our internet & office phone system provider to Telx Inc.There were some minor hiccups along the way however, their customer service/support was very quick to respond and offer assistance to resolve any minor issues that we experienced.Our staff are still getting familiar with all of the features and functions of the new phone system but so far we have not experienced any serious issues or disruptions to our daily business activities.We are very pleased with the products and services offered by Telx Inc.
