Andrew had done some excellent electrical work for me several years ago so he immediately came to mind when I had an outdoor outlet with no current. This socket supplied all the landscape lighting so was important to me to have it restored. Andrew replied quickly to my message and took the time to trouble shoot over the phone to the point that the problem was resolved without him even having to do a service call. He could have certainly scheduled a visit and charged accordingly just to quickly fix it himself, but I was extremely impressed that he chose to go the route of integrity and thus save me the expense. Andrew was great to work with! He came out and did a pre-assessment of the panel and work that needed to be done. When we went ahead with the job he went the extra mile by installing a new plywood backing and vapour barrier in behind the panel to tie into when we finish the basement. We had an electrical emergency that resulted in a power outage at the home of my 82 year old inlaws on a cold Friday afternoon. I cold called BEST regarding a possible circuit breaker malfunction but it was traced to a faulty outlet which Andrew repaired. Andrew and his assistant also wired a garage heater to the electrical panel. Andrew confirmed the appointment prior and arrived on time. The wiring was very professionally run and secured. Worksite was cleaned and garbage removed. Both Andrew and his assistant were very pleasant to work with and I would have them back in the future for any additional work required.
