FOCUS ON HAIR AND SKIN CLINIC

This place is not at warm welcoming or customer satisfactions, tried coming for second time, not welcoming attitude who ever handles the Instagram, not all professional. When ever we tried to contact the place, no one picks the call nor respond the message properly. Irrelevant irrespective behaviour attitude from the place. Not recommend or convincing treatments. Even the place is not meant for any sort of skin correction. The online reviews are almost not genuine so I could honestly please let the people open their eyes before getting approaching such type of places in future.understood appointments cancelling last minute but tried calling this place contact number from morning 9am, nobody pick or respond the call. Even I work with a reputed bank. I totally understand the value of time.

I don’t usually write reviews, let alone bad ones, and it seems like other people had a great experience with Focus Clinic but I on the other hand had a horrible experience. I had messaged this medical clinic on google chat and I received fast responses, I assume I was speaking with the doctor and not the receptionist. He told me to DM the clinic on Instagram to schedule an appointment. I dm’d their Instagram page and received a response from the receptionist stating that she would message me later for the appointment. She never messaged me and I texted the number in their bio, they never texted me back. I then went back to the google chat to let the doctor know that I was unimpressed. Instead of saying that they would talk to the receptionist about her not doing her job properly, they told me that she was “sick” and “out of office”. So I thought maybe they’re having a bad week, I’ll try again soon. I dm’d the clinic again (I find it odd that they never called and preferred going through Instagram dms) and she actually responded. She told me my appointment was for Monday at 12:30 pm (never asked me what day or time was good for me) but I switched somethings around to make it for that date and time. I arrive on Monday at 12:30 for my appointment. I go to open the door and it’s locked. I go on Instagram and she messaged me “can you come for 4:30 pm instead of 12:30pm”. I was very irritated because how unprofessional is it for a business to not call you or text you to reschedule, especially if you don’t respond to your dm. Anyways I canceled the entire appointment and let them know that I would not be doing any type of business with them. Very disappointing service from the receptionist. The doctor seemed very nice though.

Very professional staff, reasonable prices, and good result. Highly recommended for variety of skin care options.

I had the opportunity to go see Nora and Dr. Ahmed at Focus on Hair and Skin Clinic and let me tell you, it was the best experience I have ever had. I had the Oxygeno treatment done and my skin has never looked and felt better. There was very minimal pain and discomfort and hardly any redness. The staff makes you feel so comfortable and loved. The office is very nice and soothing and you feel so great leaving after your treatment. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making me look younger ❤️
