Casper - West 4th

My wife and I went to the West 4th location to see the Casper mattresses in person and figure out which one to purchase. Soo helped us through the process and we were in and out in 20 minutes.She was welcoming and very knowledgeable, explaining the differences between the original and hybrid (the two we were looking at). It was a quick, easy experience and we’re super happy with the mattress we chose.I highly recommend heading to the West 4th location if you’re considering getting a Casper mattress.

I don't write many reviews so the ones are either very good or very poor. I am extremely busy these days. I had to write this one on Casper to let others know about their very poor response times when it comes to refunds. Note - I submitted a ticket via email to them 8 days ago and have yet to receive a response. They use a payment system called Paybright and I tried to contact them but the official notice on Casper's site is to contact them. I made 3 payments at around $600 with the last on Aug 6, 2021. I still have not received any reimbursement for the payments.The reason for the return is because it was too soft for my wife. It ended up exasperating her back problem. Personally, I thought it was okay. But I don't know if it's worth $4000, though. I think there are others that are probably just as good or better like Silk & Snow. No, I haven't purchased their product and I'm not being paid by them.In any case, beware of their after care support once they have your money. I didn't want to leave a review on their site since I know they could just delete it and filter it from others.Hopefully, some will find this helpful.And I pray that y'all will be blessed with better sleep and find a good, affordable mattress - in Jesus' Name. Amen.

I just bought a bed here. They have a great selection of comfortable beds, and they are quite affordable. The staff are also very friendly but not pushy, so you can ask questions and not feel pressured to buy.I would recommend coming here if you are in the market for a new mattress or frame as it was a positive experience.

My absolute favourite mattress place in the city. I have been using a Casper mattress since the past year and a half. It completely changed my lifestyle. The staff is so nice and well educated. Especially Gio, Alessio and Sandy! They all helped me like a team without making me feel pressured at all.

I had a great experience at the Casper store! I worked with Pankhuria to build my dream bedroom set-up and she was so friendly and knowledgable. I recommend checking out Casper if you're looking for a new mattress or sleep accessories.

Service at the store was great and was the product I purchased, but DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER!I have never once received a spam call on this number and am usually very careful about giving it out in order to prevent that; however, when I was in store yesterday I gave it when prompted because Casper is supposed to be a reputable company. Turns out that was a mistake to assume. They sell their customers information instead of protecting it and the multiple spam calls I've received since clearly prove it.

Best experience we’ve had in a long time. Gio Pempengco - sleep specialist ! From the minute we walked through the door he greeted us with a smile and explained patiently each and every bed while we were able to try out the different mattresses.Gio is very knowledgeable, professional, excellent listening skills, understanding what we are looking for while keeping our budget in mind. Gio emailed us all the details right after our meeting and gave us time to decide without any pressure which was very considerate since this is a big purchase for us and during inflation so high and everything being so expensive this was not an easy decision to make.Compare to other bed stores in the city this was more or less within our budget,, good terms/conditions and warranty.Gio’s customer service and care - was just exceptional, sharing his own experience all leading factors in our decision to shop and make our purchase with him. This world needs more honest caring people like Gio 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Thank you kindly.

I went to Casper for the first time this weekend. Roshan helped us and was so lovely. She was attentive, informative, and overall very lovely. I also never felt pressured from her to purchase something right then and there - which I value strongly as nobody likes a pushy salesperson. I would recommend Casper now thanks to Roshan's customer service. Thanks for a very pleasant first experience :)

Jeannie was excellent! Super knowledgeable and helped us select our new mattress. Loved the little rooms where you could try before you buy. A fantastic all around experience.

The mattress was supposed to be vacuum packaged and come in a box. The delivered mattress arrived unpackaged and wrapped in a plastic bag, which means they might be reselling previously returned items. Definitely returning this one and won't be buying anything from Casper again.
