Okay, so I have owned houses for 35 years now, and have hired numerous carpet cleaners. Tim is by FAR the most professional, communicative, and skilled technician I have EVER used. He got two stains out that another company dismally failed to remove....AND he provided a guarantee that he would come back if the stains were still visible after the carpet dried!!!! Neat, tidy, respectful, on-time, easy to contact, quick to respond....Ten stars!!! It is not often that the service industry has impressed me...in fact, the opposite is true (especially over the last ten years for some reason). Until now. Tim has set the bar super high for all the other service companies in the Fraser Valley. Very, very impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Steam Pro, and in particular, Tim Warden.

I would recommend this company to everyone!! Tim is very professional and easy to deal with. He also worked on Canada day long weekend to ensure we had clean carpets to move in to. At the end of the service he gave us a box of cookies. Best carpet cleaning service I have experienced.

Tim was awesome to deal with. Very pleasant, friendly, and informative! He was kind enough to leave us some solution to help with some pet stains that occurred and was able to get the bad areas out of the carpet to my surprise! Would definitely use again in the future.
