Awesome selection of healthy products from top brands like AOR, Harmonic Arts, and Organika. Supplements, proteins, creatine, medicinal mushrooms and herbs. The organic smoothies are top notch with great flavours, ingredients, and are highly customizable. The staff are so friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!

Love the selection they offer and so great to be able to support local. I found my new favorite omega-3 supplement thanks to their awesome recommendation (by CanPrev, if you’re curious). I have also tried several of the smoothies here and they are all delicious. The gold smoothie is my favorite!
