Friendly and genuine staff and great experiences; time and time again!The owner is knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. He always makes thoughtful suggestions and is never trying to sell you anything you don't need.You can tell he is passionate about bikes and those of us that love to ride.I purchased a vintage/refurbished bicycle at this shop about 5 years ago and it is still in great shape. I am so happy with the quality and durability. He always has some really great bikes for sale! They are reasonably priced.This is the best bike shop in Hamilton. I highly suggest you give it a try.

My bike broke down at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. An hour and a half later, my bike was repaired and working better than ever, thanks to Bike Locke. It was a very easy to book an appointment online and the mechanic was super nice and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this place enough.
