I have a pair of Walmart glasses that have been corroding from water. Walmart said they could not replace some of the parts on my glasses. However, I went to Specsavers and they replaced the parts with ease. My glasses look so much better! Thank you Specsavers!

Brought in a couple pairs of my daughters glasses. Missing screws. Maxine was very helpful and fixed them free of charge. Also my husband and myself have also purchased glasses from this location before and have zero complaints. Reasonably priced and good service.

Andrea and her team are absolutely amazing. The moment I walked in, I received very professional and friendly service. Dr. Shelly was a joy to deal with. They also do the direct billing. So, that made experience even better. Kaya, Snehal and Deb helped me pick up my glasses and I received them even before expected date. When I picked up my glasses, I got another discount coupon and saved some money on my sunglasses. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family. :)

Attended for my daughter's eye exam. Booked online and check in was quick and easy. The lady assisting us was training and had a mentor with her, but it appeared she continued to struggle using the machines. I know everyone starts somewhere and I have compassion for employees who are in training, but it did lower my confidence in their services as she continually needed cues and guidance. We then met with the doctor who was friendly enough, but was quite curious why we were there if nothing was wrong. It was a regular check-up, I thought that was a thing. Anywho, it wasn't a bad experience by any means, but not quite the level of service that I am used to. Probably won't return for no other reason than it just wasn't the service I am used to receiving at the optometrist.

super friendly staff! such great deals! i’ve always gotten my glasses at my usual optometrist office and they’re typically quite expensive, here i got two pairs for $200 including frames and lenses! 10/10 recommend
