AMAZING! I see Carolyn for Acupuncture, and have been for almost a year now, and she is honestly THE BEST. I started going for facial, aesthetic acupuncture which has now basically turned into a full body acupuncture. She really addresses the root cause of imbalances in the body and she also teaches you and informs you on what shes doing. Which I love! She is so kind, she puts you at ease, and is so easy to talk to. Working with her has honestly changed my skin, hair, and I look forward to her treatments every few weeks SO MUCH! I can’t recommend her enough!!

Dr Baillie is really great! She's an excellent listener, kind, and seemed to really understand my health issues. I also appreciate that she kept my supplement/self-care advice relatively simple. I agree with previous review comments that the way the clinic goes about collecting credit card information is inconvenient, however in the overall scheme of things it's not a big deal, and worth dealing with to get good health care.

Dr. Sarah Baillie and the team at Halifax Naturopathic are fantastic! I was having a number of health concerns and the health care system wasn’t offering any guidance or preventative advice (in the limited times I was able to access it, without a family doctor). I was recommended to Dr. Baillie by my Osteopath and I’ve learned so much about my health, and have been given guidance and tools to take better care of myself. If you don’t feel great, you have to come and meet the team here, even if you don’t have insurance - I promise you, they’re worth every penny!!

I really can't say enough about the support and care I have received at Halifax Naturopathic and Dr. Rosalyn Hayman in particular. After months of fatigue despite normal range" blood work

I called here and I had really bad vibes. they returned my call and left me a voicemail & was told someone by the name of Laquelle or Raquel (could not make out) would be able to help me.. The voicemail was incomplete and disconnected. When I called again I spoke to a woman (name unknown as she did not introduce herself) I asked if they do direct billing and how much my benefits cover, I specifically said I simply didn’t want a surprise bill I want to know how much I would have to pay. The lady I spoke to told me to call my benefits to know my plan, and wasn’t very warm or welcoming at all. She was cold and dry. First off any company/healthcare can draw up an estimate with your coverage to advise you how much you will have to pay, this was not offered to me. She didn’t seem interested at all. She also proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to book an appointment I need to give them a credit card number. This is where I got the bad vibes. I understand this is most likely to prevent people to skip out on their appointments, however skipping out on my appointment is not my intentions. Between a busy work life and life in general we all know emergencies can happen, and the thought of them charging your credit card if you can’t make an appointment is extremely shady to me. No go with this naturopath clinic. I’ll be looking elsewhere

Sometimes you can sit a speak with a professional and they ask the right questions. It becomes so clear things that can change and things you had no idea about. I'm very thankful a insightful ear and new plans to better health.

Highly recommended! The staff are delightful and my experience with Dr. Sarah Baillie has been excellent - she is a creative problem solver with a keen interest in improving my health.

I have been seeing Dr. Sarah Park regularly for the past 3 years and before that, I saw Dr. Sarah Baillie for 12 years. Both are very knowledgeable and compassionate, and have been instrumental in enabling me to function with my health issues. I would confidently recommend both of them. Whatever I am dealing with now, whether it is chronic or something new, Dr. Park is always available to listen and always ready to help. The staff at Halifax Naturopathic Health Care are always friendly and helpful as well. If you are thinking about making an appointment... just do it!

Met Dr. Hayman today and she was straight to the point, understood my concerns, was knowledgeable and honest. Did not try to push supplements on me which was appreciated, but instead gave great advice on what would be most beneficial to me, and how to adjust what I was already taking/doing. I am certain I will see and feel positive results with the treatment plan she came up with.
