Cakes & More

This is my go-to for cakes or cupcakes for that special occasion every year my kids get a cake from here and it does not disappoint!!! they are absolutely phenomenal and they are beautiful every cake they make!! And the taste is absolutely incredible!! They also make buttercream icing at an extra charge and it is to die for!!! I've also ordered chocolate covered strawberries from here they are absolutely amazing!!

We wish to thank the friendly staff at Cakes and More for the wonderful buffet they provided for our Easter meal. The platters were freshly made and beautifully arranged. And the birthday cake was just so pretty and delicious. We will be catering again from Cakes and More. Thanks again!!

Love their chocolate cupcake!! It’s amazing, the best cupcake I ever had plus I normally hate icing but their icing, I fall in love with it, I ate all. I’m kinda addicted to their cupcake now. Everything we ordered so far, we loved it. Also what friendly staffs and fast service. Thank you! You will see me again and again.. hehehe..

Very impressed! Super easy to communicate with and the cake we got was perfect. It was a Cocomelon cake with icing that was delicious but not overly sweet. We'll definitely be ordering more from here in the future.

I had ordered a cake for a team event. Sent someone to pick it up the night before to find that it was decorated wrong. They offered to scrape the top and add sprinkles to cover the error. I said no as I didn't ask for a cake with sprinkles. They tried fixing it on the spot however it was very noticable. They again offered to cover the spot they messed up with sprinkles. I refused again. So they were going to have a different, more experienced decorator pull off the icing, redo it and deliver it to the event the morning of. They did deliver the cake to the event however, they just added more icing and covered the entire thing with sprinkles! I emailed a huge complaint as it was too late for me to do anything about it and I was stuck with a tacky ugly cake and I still have never recieved a response. Not even an apology for the hastle. I think that is terrible customer service and I would never recommend their service as they can't be trusted to deliver a product to be happy with. Since they require you to prepay, I guess they don't care if customers are happy with the cake because they already have your money.

My pre-pandemic gift certificate was kindly accepted even though store ownership has changed. (I had no idea.) Ricky was friendly and helped me with some dessert recommendations — all of them very good. Thank you for helping with these birthday treats despite the unintentional curveball of an old gift certificate! I hope this review brings more customers your way.
