Arnquist Carpets Plus COLORTILE
We won’t go anywhere else for flooring. Arnquist has a great selection & quality with a small town feel that truly cares about customers & treating them right! They were very patient with us throughout the decision-making process & spent a lot of extra time helping us coordinate paint with flooring throughout our house. Their knowledge and expertise made decision making much easier and they went way above and beyond throughout the process. Everything was timely, communication was smooth, installers were great and left the house clean. We definitely recommend them!!

Arnquist Carpets Plus COLORTILE
I recently moved to the area and was excited to replace the carpeting in 4 rooms in my new home. The day I moved in, Justin from Arnquist came to measure the rooms in order to give me a quote. Fast forward to two weeks later and I still had heard nothing back. I called Arnquist and spoke to Justin on the phone, his reasoning was that he was waiting on flooring samples to arrive. Justin then said he was going to check on the sample delivery date and call me right back. It has now been a month with no word from anyone. I am disappointed with the lack of service I received, especially given the many positive reviews I read. I guess my business was not good enough to merit a call back. I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere.

This place is awesome! I was looking for a carpet remnant, described what I needed and they had it! We drove out to the warehouse to confirm it was what I wanted and it was perfect! Service was top notch, very helpful and they were willing to take the time to help me! I will definitely be going back to this store the next time I need flooring.

We had the carpet in our living room taken out and replaced with luxury vinyl plank. We love it! Arnquist's & Josh Wittrock are great to work with. Cory, who installed the flooring, did a great job! You can have confidence when you select them for your flooring.

We certainly loved our experience with the Arnquist team. They are experts at what they do. The carpet is beautiful and the guys were fun to work with. One of my carpets arrived too small for my back bedroom. Tom quickly apologized and offered to reorder it or drop off samples from his warehouse to pick something else. I went with the latter. I have a beautiful lush soft carpet now in my back bedroom that very well cost more than what I ordered but Tom charged me only what we were quoted in the first place. He is very honest and reliable. Hats off to Tom and his company. The chocolate chip cookies were a special treat along with a fun card. What a guy.

We spoke with Adam today on our second trip looking for flooring and he was the most knowledgeable and most helpful person to direct us to what we were looking for. We had been overwhelmed and a little discouraged elsewhere in our looking but we told him our needs, he didn't try to oversell us, just give us the options and some education about them and we came home with a few samples. I highly recommended them. Best customer service around by far.

Arnquist Carpets Plus COLORTILE
We purchased tile and wood flooring from this store over the last couple of years. We are so pleased with how it turned out.The oak flooring was used in our living room, hallway, open kitchen and even the kitchen ceiling.Before that we had remodeled our bathroom using two kinds of your large format tile for the floor and shower walls.The staff provided thorough design help, great selection personalized service.
