They wouldn't help me unless I buy tickets from them even tho I just wanted a price and they said they'd call me back for price but never did. And back in 2018 when we wanted to go to our honeymoon to Cuba,she said she would give us a call but we still haven't heard from them. We will not be using Robert Q for any sort of travel.

Do not recommend, not helpful on our trip at all. Was supposed contact us during our trip to make a change and I had to get an international number just to get a hold of her. Booked our flight home to transfer airports with a short layover so we barely made it. We were hoping a travel agent would make our trip easier but it was disappointing.*Reply to owner*Yes Aylmer location.There’s was only a few hours for the layover and we had to find a bus that was an hour and a half drive to the next airport

The person that works here is incredibly rude, and absolutely no help what so ever. I went there to get some information about a ticket I bought online. But she wouldn't even listen to my questions. I said I have some questions about the ticket that I bought online" and then she interrupted me and said "if you bought it online there is nothing I can do have a nice day" and set me on my way. I didn't need her to do anything I just had a question that's it she wouldn't even hear it. I will never go there again and I will highly discourage anyone from trying this place because like I said the person that works there is rude and inconsiderate. So if you need information you're better off Googling it then going there. because she is no help."
