Service was good but quality of glasses was terrible. Price was very affordable but limited selection. Went for a pair of toddler glasses for my son. The lady was kept on selling the $88 glasses (include frames and lens) and no other options available. And out of that selection, only two toddler glasses were available. Anyways, after wearing for less than a week, the inside of the frame...the coating weared off and turned brown as shown on the picture attached.Respond to owner post below:I believe you might have mistaken me with another customer as I wasn't offered with the polycarbonate lens nor Rayban lens. I was only offered to pay $100 more for getting the bluebloc lens and which i did. Also, I didn't receive it within 30 mins. Instead, I was told to have it ready within 2 days but I never received a call and had to call back to the store to check..then I was told it's not ready until two weeks later but I can pay extra money for faster shipping to arrive within a week and which I did.

It was an unpleasent shopping experience! At the beginning, the lady who helped me pick the frame was very kind. I was not satisfied with the attitude of the other lady who helped me pick the lens and pay for it. The lady always recommended blue-ray lenses and asked me if I knew it .Of course, for a person who was wearing the glasses over 10 years that I know it very well, but she kept recommending it, and I still didn't want it. When I finally paid, she saw that I only needed to pay $16 (actually she made a mistake that I need to pay $54 ,because I have insurance), she came back and told me to add a thin lens(which I had declined before) and I was getting impatient because I had waited almost an hour with my baby. When I received my glasses , I was very satisfied with the style of the glasses, but they were loose and I asked her to adjust them . Then I took them home for two days and I still felt uncomfortable that The glasses kept falling off. Maybe they were too loose. I went back to the store to adjust and I ran into the same lady who was serving a customer, but she also came over to help me adjust my glasses. She adjust my glasses with her hands, but she didn't look at my glasses very much. I told her that the position of the support for the bridge of the nose was not right and needed to be adjusted , but she didn't listen to me which side need to adjust and finally asked me to take a try.I felt a little tight when I put it on, and she kept saying that she looked ok. Of course, I believe in her professionalism, but after I took it out for a few minutes, my ears felt uncomfortable. It turned out that she adjusted my glasses to the upper and lower sides. It was different. I went back and asked her to adjust it back. When I was still testing the tape, she said she thought it was okay, and told us to come back if it loosed up. I really didn’t want to come overthat it was too troublesome. I felt this lady is not professional at all. I don't know if it's because the glasses are not adjusted properly or the quality of the glasses . It is uncomfortable to wear. This has never happened before, but I am lazy to go back to store to ask them . I feel they can't help.

Perfect service. I lost a cover on one of my glasses legs, they tried several covers on it and replaced a pair of it for me, and free of charge. Good and fast service!

Very helpful and friendly staff, my wife was very happy with their service. They won't push you to buy the expensive glasses like other shops. If you're not sure how to use your insurance, they will explain it to you. For the eye exam, the optometrist was patient and explained everything in detail, even though it was close to closing time.

The staff didn’t give me the official receipt when I did the eye exam and ordered the glasses. When I got it, I found the actual amount I was charged was not the same as mentioned. There’s a mess up in the claim too. I went back and asked why but no response. When I got the glasses, no one even care to adjust them for me. From my experience it is not a trustworthy company.
