The staff is very friendly and helpful and some of them can speak English. They let you sample some types of jellies which are absolutely delicious. We ended up settling on raspberry jalapeño which we LOVE!

Really cool place. We had the free taste testing, bought a scone and lemonade, then bought some honey and jams. The scone was superb, while the lemonade was slightly sharp. Still enjoyed it. The people who work there are very helpful (some of them speak very good english). The jams we taste tested were very good. My wife and I had a fun time there. The prices were pretty fair, especially if you get several, as they give you a discount, and you can watch them make jam in front of you with their retro equipment.

What an amazing establishment this is. My highlight of the day we visited Ilè De Orleans was Tigidou. We drove nearly 9 hours from Toronto to get here and explore the island last Sunday as part of our weekend getaway.The girl at the cashier (blue-eyed girl think Camille was her name) was super friendly and helped us a lot in picking out the jams. She had immense knowledge about the best pairings to go with it.We got -1) Rhubarb Strawberry2) Spicy Strawberry3) Tiny Strawberry4) Tiny Sour AppleI would really love to thank the girl personally who assisted us at the cash register while on our way out. We had a really nice conversation. She helped us find a nice patio on the island - Lunch with a view at “Cassis Mona & Filles”Superb Experience!!! Thank You Tigidou ❤️

Cute shoppe and a must stop on the drive around Ile d'Orleans! Tons of parking in the neighboring church lot, this jam factory has a lot of great jams along with a view of the St. Lawrence.They provide free samples and you can get a coffee/tea and bread if you can't wait to taste your jams. Plenty of seating (inside and out) to enjoy your tasty snack (though I must say the scones are hard and not good)

The jam tasting was like a little show and very informative. Delicious jams, jelly and creme - you can buy everything in the site next door. The jams are not cheap, but they are very good and would also make excellent gifts

AMAZING jam. Have never been particularly impressed by jam, but the unique combinations and freshness here took us aback. We especially loved the strawberry basil jam, maple apple butter, and floral marmalade.
