C U Vision Optometrists

I saw Dr. Ho for the first time and it was amazing! Very friendly doctor that answered all my questions thoroughly. Also the receptionists were very great too! Will highly recommend everyone to come here! :)

Very unprofessional customer service. I was looking for a pair prescribed glasses. I wanted to clarify what are included in my vision care benefit plan; however, no one could answer my questions and asked me to call the insurance company myself. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Excellent optometrist. Dr Kyleon Ho did great measurement and checking of my eye health. I had progressive glasses made out of the measurement and now l can see clearly. Thank you.

Would NOT recommend!!!! Unreliable and unprofessional optometrists. My mom had a comprehensive eye exam with Kelvin So. She took his prescription to other clinics and got multiple pairs of glasses made. After receiving her new glasses she began to get migraines. She went back to C U Vision to get another eye exam and the results were different. He wrote the incorrect prescription. She asked them to replace her lenses at a discounted price since it was due to their wrongdoing but Kelvin and the optometrist owner Kylvin refused to take responsibility for their negligence. DO NOT go to C U Vision unless you want to waste your time, money, and effort.

Dr Kyleon Ho checked my eyes out. He is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. The office is clean and modern and the staff are so polite and nice. A very impressive operation! Thank you Dr Ho and staff!

Dr. Kelvin So is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He spent a long time without rushing trying to find me the best prescription for my lenses so I can see clear both far and near. He would answer any questions you throw at him with knowledge and thorough explanation. I would give 6 stars to Dr. so!Maggie and Hailey in the front are very friendly and helpful as well! (Hope I got the names right)

**C U Vision is inside T&T in the SE corner.**Enter T&T from the SE parking lot, and immediately turn left.----I went to C U Vision for the first time yesterday and had a very good experience. The ladies at the front desk were quick, courteous, and told me what to expect.One of them performed the preliminary tests using a couple of devices and some questions. She was hurrying a little, but was friendly and pleasant through all of it.Dr. Kyleon Ho saw me next. He was very warm and sociable, and extremely professional and confidence-inspiring.

Dr. So is so good. He answers my concerns with extreme detail but easy to understand. The receptionists was helping me out to get medical expenses claims from my insurance. The insurance company has left Canada so it took them 15-20 mins to search of a way to make the claim. Very thankful to their effort. Highly recommanded

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. They got us (my wife and I) in on the same day on a very short notice. The shop is very well maintained; the equipment is top of the line; the price is competitive and Dr. Kyleon Ho is very knowledgeable and explains everything with enough details and in plain terms, so you'd understand. Five stars all the way. Thank you CU Vision!
