This was a 2 star review citing how the patties were amazing, but they were often out of items well before close.That review is old and, ever since their move to their new location, things have been much better. No issues at all. Fantastic patties and wonderful service. Even on the rare occasion they don't have something I was hoping for, they've been quick with communication and do their best to keep you happy.(The owner's reply below was from when there was a 2 star review)

The patties were amazing! The pastry was delicious and flaky. The beef was great the spicy wasn’t too spicy. Location is sort of hard to see when driving by it but you just go through the Geo’s Cafe entrance.

Will update review once I get clarification on what happened, but...I put an order for vegetarian box during regular business hours, on the website. At no point, was I informed, that the store was closed. I was given a pickup time. I paid. I went to the store to pick up at that time. No one was there. Lights out. Why do you take money and accept orders while you're closed?Quality of professionalism is questionable. We love your patties but this needs work. Please shut down the order taking while you're closed. Giving you money for unfulfilled orders leaves a sour taste in the mouth, no matter how good the food is. Giving up time and money to be disappointed by a closed shop during advertised hours... Please let me know when this issue is rectified so I can delete this review. I don't want to get a good business closed but... I need to encourage you to be your best selves.

They were closed when I got there after driving from 25 minutes away as Google stated that they were open. I tried calling the phone number ahead of time but no answer. There was another guy who pulled up and was utterly disappointed as well.Save your self some time and go some where else. I definitely won't be returning.

Nice to see a Pattie shop in Waterloo. They have some of the best patties I've ever had, you've gotta try their curried goat patties, I make sure to bring them back home when I visit and the family loves them. A bit pricey, but not for the access in this location. Chill and kind staff and environment which is inviting. My one suggestion would be to have more days where the curry goat pattie is offered, but it is quite the process to make the dish so I get staggering the availability, it is appreciated that its availability os posted online.Can not wait to go back, I tell everyone about these guys.

Used to go here all the time before the pandemic. Amazing patties with a bigger selection than most. My first time seeing jerk chicken Pattie’s and curry goat patties.They were often out of coco bread but when they had it, there was nothing better.Will check them out when they open again
