Synergy Martial Arts

Had my son’s 5th birthday party at Synergy and it went flawlessly, highly recommend! John and staff prepped and cleaned up the room but above all were amazing keeping 17 kids entertained and happy with various activities and even some board breaking! 10/10!

I love synergy martial arts. All of the lessons are enjoyable and I always look forward to them. Also, my stamina, mental, and self confidence has tremendously increased ever since.

Synergy martial arts is a great place to train and learn martial arts. A couple of years ago i joined the kickboxing classes and saw my best results. I highly recommend their classes, if your interested in toning and losing weight. I now have enrolled my 3 year old son and couldn't be happier. I know the trainers will teach him manners, how to listen and a few martial arts skills. I know he will do well in these classes and excited to see him progress. Thanks John for you hard and dedicated work!

Good place for kids to get an intro to martial arts

We held my son's 5th birthday party here and I was impressed with the quality of the party. The party was well-organized and John was great with engaging with the kids, knowing their names, and providing a mix of martial arts activities and games. He and his team were very gracious to interact with. I would highly recommend Synergy for a martial arts themed party.

I’ve been going here since I was an kid, and it’s been a great experience. Master John is amazing, as are all the kids that go to Synergy. Kids- they love the staff and activities-, adults and youth alike love it here. Im coming up on my black belt, and I wouldn’t have wanted to do taekwondo anywhere else.

We organized my son's 6th birthday party here. My son and his friends (16 boys & girls aged 5/6 years of age) had a great time and everybody was talking about it at school the next day! We booked the space for 2 hours and Master John & his staff did a great job in keeping the kids engaged including learning some basic martial arts moves, doing an obstacle course, playing games, playing with balloons etc. Each kid got to cut their own wooden board with their hands & feet and then could take the boards home which was a big hit with all the kids! My son also got to cut his cake (with the help of Master John) with a real sword which he loved!The staff helped set up before the party including putting decorations up etc as well as taking the kids to the bathroom during the party and then clean up at the end.I would highly recommend this place as a fun and unique birthday party idea for your child.

After years of training at Synergy Martial Arts from a young age, these classes have truly improved my self-defense skills, patience, and discipline. For anyone wanting to start taekwondo, I would recommend this place as it welcomes anyone of all ages as well. No matter your great or very little knowledge on martial arts, there’s always something new to learn here.

This place is awesome! I came here for the free intro to self-defence seminar and I was really impressed with how thorough it was! The instructors are all very kind, helpful people and they showed us some great moves to get out of tough situations. They also had some great stories to share! A lot of self-defence is about avoiding getting into a fight in the first place, and a big focus of the seminar was about that, which I appreciated! I met some really nice people too and had a great time. I'm definitely looking forward to the next one! Thanks so much for for the free class!!

I like how master John’s approach on kids. He is very accommodating, kind and patient. I like that there is discipline and rules. I’ve seen big improvement on my nephews behaviour. Thank you so muchhh
