Hello, on June 2nd I ordered a necklace for my daughters birthday from the Vaughn Mills kiosk.At the time of purchase I was pretty clear that I needed this personalized pendant by June 14th as the Clerk Christel told me that this was plenty of time and that I would receive this on June 14th no problem.I called the number on the receipt this morning June 14th at 10 am and the girl told me that she would call the manager and call me back in 10 mins. I waited till 5:30 pm and did not receive a call back. I called back on June 14th at 5:30 pm and the girl said I promise I will call you back in 10 mins and she did not call back. I called back at 6 pm and the phone is now ringing and going to VM. I then went online to look up the number for Vaughn Mills location because your receipt only shows the Fairview number and called and the lady there is telling me the form I signed say 14 business days and the order will not be ready.I now have to tell my daughter that she is not getting her necklace because your company could not come through on your promise

Because there is no option for negative stars! Ordered my daughter a necklace at Vaughan Mills. Called several times. Haven't heard a call back. Now they are no longer in the market and their numbers are disconnected! Apparently the staff was unaware they were kicked out and came to work with no job!!!

Placed an order on dec 7 2019 for a necklace to give as a gift for Christmas, I called them on numerous times to check and even visited the location on 2 times and not yet, it is coming, I’m here on location right now dec 31, 2019 and they still don’t have it. I never received any calls from them apologizing or letting us know of what was happening. Do not use this place because they never call customers, not profesional at all, and just a waste of time, there are other locations to use that offer same or better quality, Be careful with ordering stuff from this place.

Do not order custom made jewellery from this store. I put an order in well before Christmas only to be disappointed by the piece not being ready in time. And when they finally did get the piece, it was incorrect. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund via my credit card and tried to refund me in cash but didn’t have enough cash available. Forced me to wait while one of their incompetent staff went to fetch more money. Stay away.

I went on the 26th of October to buy a gift for my friend birthday which was on the 22nd of November, the employee there told me it takes from 2-3 weeks to be delivered, therefore I had enough time to place an order for a custom made 10k gold Necklace. 3 weeks later I start calling them to make sure I will get it on time but they told me that the machine was broken and they are waiting for a new one but I can pick the necklace on the 20th of November. they offer me to get any gift for free as a recompense for the delay. Then on Friday the 20th I called them to be sure it arrived but they told me we shipped it to my house as I already paid for delivery, and it should be delivered on Monday the 23rd of November. Today is the 24th and I still didn't receive it. I called them they said I should get it in a few days.My advice is DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE ANY CUSTOM MADE GIFTS. unless you want it for one of the next year occasions.I am editing this review, I received the necklace today and if there was any chance to change my rating for this store for better now it's gonna be worse than before. they didn't even bother themselves to put a 400$ gold necklace in an appropriate gift box. Moreover, it's shorter than the one I asked.

I purchased ring for my friend but it was loose so we went for the replacement they have no size option so we purchased neckpiece. It's only 4 hours and the chain was Brocken and came into her hand. Not recommend. I tried to contact them but no response

I had the displeasure of ordering a custom necklace from your company. Your staff ensured the necklace would be delivered before Christmas, a blatant lie. The associate Cindy at your Vaughn Mills location phoned to check with the manager" before making this promise. There appears to be an evident disconnection with head office (if there is one

Not happy at all with this place and how unprofessional they run. I came and purchased a ring a few weeks ago and almost walked away without it because the manager or whoever she is quoted me a completely different price than what she first told me. I had my eye on a necklace and was told to come back on the weekend of mother's day and that the necklace would be 80% off and it would be $60. I risked coming up to buy this necklace today with no brakes on my car only to be told that she shouldn't of told me what she did and the original price of the necklace is $298. Not my problem if your employees are telling customers things they shouldn't. I should be getting it for the price I was told. Will no longer go here or recommend my friends to come here. They lost my business.

I brought in my necklace for repair, the associate told me it wouldn't be a problem and even wrote on the receipt that it would be ready and available for pick up within one week. It's been over 3 weeks and I still don't have the necklace back. I've called about 3 or 4 times since bringing it in and they kept telling me it'd be ready in a few days, and then again in another week. I just called today, and was notified that they're still waiting for head office to receive the part needed to repair the necklace. She said it's taking longer because it's solid gold. She didn't quote me an approximate date it'd be ready by, but said they would call me when it's ready. She was apologetic but it doesn't make up for lack of communication/customer service.Trash company - bring your money, time and business elsewhere!
