I've avoided this place for so long because their massage tables are poor quality, and know that they barely last a year with moderate usage. An old clinic I worked at bought their portable tables, and they did not last a year. My old portable finally broke after 10 years and I needed a quick replacement, and due to my circumstances requiring a portable table quick, I figured I'd finally give them a shot to see if they have improved the quality of their tables. I knew I wouldn't be using it a lot, and they do seem to offer a very cheap alternative. I tried to buy online, website says it takes 1-2 business days to process the shipment. Waited almost 2 weeks before having to contact them, only to find out they've Sold Out" of the table I purchased

Great place with affordable price. I bought 1 gallon of alcohol with $30. However, other stores asked me for $50 + and gloves only $5.99 for 100 pieces. Wonderful shopping experience!

I purchased a massage for my clinic-it does not sit upright at 90 degrees. I took a video and sent pictures. They said all of them have a “slight tilt” there is no where in the description that it says “slight tilt” the picture clearly shows it upright and at 90 degree angle. You cannot provide clients with assessments or proper technique while tilted. They have been so rude, no phone calls, no return emails, no exchange. Zero! Do not buy from this company- liars and thieves. You will be ripped off.

I bought 4 barber chairs and a hair wash station here. Customer service was good but somewhat disorganized. I picked up some stuff at this store and some at the warehouse which was slightly inconvenient. Everything seemed good so far, except the fact that the hair wash station didn't have any instructions and I have parts I can't figure out how to install or if it's even needed for a proper usage. Loading the truck was easy, warehouse guys were very helpful. They do offer free delivery, make sure you book it with time cause it can be up to a week and a half for it. Overall good place, will update on products in about a year.

Absolutely the worst place to buy equipment. We bought multiple chairs for my daughter’s businesses ( her and the other girls in the studio) and within less them 3 months one of them broke and they said it’s not covered by warranty. The wood is so dried out I’m surprised it even lasted that long. So with all cost do not buy you chairs from this place as it is over priced junk
