You couldn't ask for better people to help you than Maki and Alex. They're both so knowledgeable and willing to help. If you have questions, they make you comfortable enough to talk about what could be a little embarassing. They are wonderful people. I hope they are seen as the invaluable part of the shop that they are.

The only reason I'm giving this a 5 star is bc of the exceptional service I've gotten from Maki and Alex in the past. They are amazing! And I know that whenever either of them are in store, I will have all my questions answered and the service will be top notch!

I recently had a job interview here, last Wednesday May 11th, with a lovely person named Kasey (or was it Casey with a C, I am bad at names so my apologies). While i was there i just wanted to say i have never felt more comfortable during an interview as i did when speaking with them. If given the opportunity i would be honored to work with them.The store itself was from what i can tell, very clean and tidy. A bit snug but I am on the heavier side so i expect that. I would definitely come here again if i need advice on gear or products.

Mya was very helpful, quick witted and very chill. Made it all a very comfortable shopping experience, and I look forward to seeing her the next time I get a chance.

I am so impressed with the look of the store, the organization and the excellent customer service I received from Jasmine. Having worked in the adult industry for years it’s always nice to shop in a place where the employees love their jobs!!I will definitely spread the word! It seems like every time I stopped in that Maki was cleaning something! I joked that she must have a bunk in the back because she was always there! She was super nice and helpful, and I didn't feel judged at all.... I made a few trips because I'm indecisive and new to these things, but I will definitely seek Maki out for my next purchase!

I've met a couple of lovely ladies at this shop who are the most welcoming!I first went in and met Alex who is incredibly knowledgeable and straight forward about the way she presents products. I had a lot of questions since my partner and I are just starting to introduce toys to our routine, and she made me laugh a few times which really made me feel comfortable.When my partner and I came back later to choose products together another woman names Maki was there to help us. She was very patient and made us feel confident that we were buying toys that would get a lot of use ;) There was no pressure in choosing, but she did introduce some new ideas!I'll definitely come back to these ladies for advice in the future.
