I thoroughly enjoyed my evening with this Toastmasters group. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was easy to follow along with the evening agenda. I didn't know I was going to have to speak but I felt comfortable speaking in front of this group. Thanks for the invitation Donna!

My first experience as a guest at Crystal Clear Speakers Toastmasters Club - Coquitlam went far above my expectations in every way!It was so warm and welcoming and was such a supportive group! They all made me feel safe to step out of my comfort zone.The critiques of people's speeches were all very helpful, gracious and encouraging. Being a little nervous to get up and speak in front of strangers, the environment made me feel this is a place I could grow and make mistakes without embarrassment!It was a lot of fun, and I felt like it would be easy to create meaningful relationships with the other members there, so I joined right away!I'm looking forward to going further in my personal growth journey with this amazing group of warm-hearted and supportive individuals!

I visited this club for the first time and came away with three fresh and innovative ideas to bring to my home club. One: the general evaluator asks trivia questions about the speeches, keeping the members on their toes to listen and be engaged. Two; they inserted a pause for inspiration right before the prepared speeches, a nice touch. Third: the table topics master gave everyone (except for the speakers) a chance to speak, a great indication of a welcoming and supportive club. Overall, an excellent time to spend a Tuesday evening.

I attended one meeting as a guest and instantly decided to become a member of this club. The meeting was well structured with positive supportive energy. I look forward to starting my first toastmaster journey with the Crystal Clear Speakers club.
