I have purchased beef in bulk for years with absolutely no issues. My usual suppliers couldn’t provide the amount I needed this time so I decided to try this company. I called and agreed to a price and they didn’t deliver what was discussed. What I purchased from them came out to be easily 30% higher than agreed, expected or industry standards. When I called to discuss with them they became very rude and hung up on me multiple times. Totally unwilling to work with their customer. They asked for payment upfront before delivery and now I know why. They are unethical and scamming their customers hoping that they won’t weigh the product and calculate the costs. Avoid these people at all costs.

I'm a lucky Sunshine Coast resident who gets CoyOwl Ranch beef delivered right to my door. The quality of the meat is outstanding. Darlene and Dave are delightful to deal with, and I've had the pleasure of getting to know them not only from our email exchanges but also our chats on my doorstep. They are dedicated and hardworking and without doubt treat their cattle very well. I highly recommend them.

I just picked up a few sirloin steaks and soup bones, and could not be more pleased with this beef. This beef is of incredible quality, has great flavor and is extremely tender, and the soup bones are top notch. Definitely recommend.
