TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very terrible experience opening an account here. Representative told complete lie during opening an account . It’s very shame big banks like TD started scamming people showing scamming offers. Very unprofessional and uncooperative service. Get everything in writing when you open an account .

I hate TD more than they hate providing good customer service. After my mother died they have been completely useless and unhelpful. BMO and CIBC were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with while TD has avoided helping me at all costs. I can't even speak with the branch manager and she won't respond to my voicemails. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this incompetent branch at all costs.

I received the great service from Krishna at this location. I went to open a bank account for my cousin and even being a super busy and tight on schedule, she found sometime to help us out at almost closing time of the bank. Thank you for the great customer service Krishna!!!

Very poor experience, I tried so many times to contact one of the financial advisors there don’t want to mention the name here left so many voice mails but that person never responded back and my application is still pending from last 7 months. Either they need to supervise their staff properly or hire some responsible person there who actually respects their job not just do the makeup and sit on the chair.

Don’t use TD as a bank if you care about your personal safety**A friend of mine has had accounts with TD for years and is currently on a trip to Europe. Despite informing them that she would be traveling, her credit and debit card stopped working. As anyone can imagine, not being able to access your money and running out of cash in a foreign country is stressful. All attempts to contact TD were unsuccessful (international number, a collect call, emails, contacting through the webapp). After a week of attempted calls, she asked me to go to a branch in the city and let her talk to them on FaceTime. The staff at this branch, after a bare minimum check, informed us that they couldn’t do anything as she was not there in person, and told us to call the TD numbers. We explained she was unable to reach TD on the phone, and asked if they could call on her behalf, and they were dismissive and condescending. I pointed out that a young woman alone in another country who cannot access her money is very vulnerable and the supervisor walked away from me saying “That's not my fault. It's not my problem.” I understand there are bank/company rules in place they couldn’t break, but the lack of effort in trying to find a solution, suggestions on how I could send her money or even trying to call someone to advise on how to proceed was upsetting. This was an emergent situation where the safety of their customer was at risk, and they showed apathy and an utter lack of humanity. The whole experience was very distressing and I advised my friend to close all her accounts with them as soon as she returns.

No option for 0 star, ridiculous customer service, staff keeps changing each time you visit a new face shows up who has nothing better to say except a silly sorry for the mess made by their predecessor.... Lies, deceit and awful customer care...stay away, few meters away is Scotia Bank that is not the best either but way more better than this terrible dribble (TD)

Had an awful experience here about a year ago and now only use the TD app to cash my checks. Went there today and the single ATM was having issues wish the cash receiver. I luckily got all my bills back but I wasn't going to risk it after it didn't work the second time. I will have to go back on Monday to deposit it with a teller.

I went here to inquire about a certain type of financial transaction. I was received by the person at the information desk. She did some searching on computer and said that she would have to call to get the info I needed. I asked if she could do that, she said that I needed to go see a cashier to get the help. A financial rep. was standing beside her. I waited in the line up with about 4 people in front. Those two proceeded to go into his office and talk. I did receive the help I needed at the cashier. And did receive good service from them. However, I believe the receptionist could have done a better job.

Worst experience at this branch. Lazy dealings. Staff lack knowledge and manager never helps. ATM machine does not work on Sunday, card stucked in ATM and no support was offered. This is a serious matter and reflects poor management :(
