Most people hate dealing with cellphone providers for a good reason. I've had my fair share of bad experiences. This place is different. Hands down one of the most honest and reliable people I've ever dealt with. Manish runs this store with absolute integrity. No hidden fees, no BS, just straight and proper business. I recommend these guys to everyone I know. Look no further, this is the place to get a the best phones at the lowest prices!

Was recently searching for a smartphone with a plan and I had came across this location. The customer service was amazing as I was shown a large variety of affordable plans and a great number of the latest smartphones. Before this location, I tried other places in Langley but I just wasn't satisfied with what was being offered. I highly recommend this mobile store for their affordable plans and amazing customer service in the walnut grove area.

All I can say is after my hubby made a mistake with type of phone I wanted the phone sent to me over on the island Received the wrong phone...again due to hubby getting wrong one. Manish was an absolute gentlemen and understood right away. He went above and beyond to help correct the mistake. I had my phone immediately. He accomodated my situation and we got the Original phone back to his store.Everything went smoothly. Loving my new phone and the patience of Manish getting his phone back.Will definitely recommend dealing with him, very professional and friendly.Thanks Manish !!!!

Manish is a rockstar. We had a kerfuffle with Bell, so I had to come into the store to fix the problem. He listened attentively, understood everything, and then called Bell.He advocated on our behalf, clearly articulating the errors on Bells part. Bell may have caused a small problem, but, thanks to Manish, Bell also fixed our problem.He will be my go-to guy for our mobility needs.Thanks Manish!

Want to give negative stars but there is no option on google. Worse is a very very small word to describe the customer service of Manish Birdi. Ordered phones from a while ago and never assured that the phones will come or not. Whenever asked, never got a clear answer. Manish Birdi being the store owner, has the worst customer service I have come across in my entire life. I suggest do not even think of this store if you want mobility services.
