We had Timko do our major renovations and we are very happy with the results. We lived in our home during the 4 month long renovation and always found his staff to be friendly and respectful. The estimate was perfect and any additions to it were discussed with us. The house looks amazing and we are so excited to be living in such a nice space.

Tim and his crew are great! We had two windows and a patio door installed this summer, and they were in and out in 3 days. Had a great chat with the guys on the job site, and Tim came and inspected the job when it was done. Super professional, very clean, and quick!

I had Timko widen my driveway. From the first call with Tim he was very professional and kept me up to date on timelines. The subcontractor used for the pavement was friendly and they were very conscientious of my neighbours yard and the workspace was clean. Final cost came in well under estimate even with a curb added into the plan after the fact. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them in future upgrades on my home!

Trevor worked with us to make sure that everything was what we wanted. The finished product was excellent! The trades cleaned up each day. Had a very disappointing experience with Timko.1. Took almost 2 months to replace 4 windows2. Showed up with no notice, or stated they would show up but didn't3. Would not complete things that we were quoted for. Had to ask NUMEROUS times to ex. prep the drywall so it was 'ready for paint' as guaranteed by Tim in original quote. Ended up being charged extra for same.
