This store is a dream to walk through! Offers a range of home decor and there is something for everyone. Pricing also ranges (you can get a $9 vase but also find pricing on the higher end). You can expect items to be of high quality and items in their inventory are very thoughtfully curated.If you’re into home decor whether it be vases, pillows, plants, candles, etc, you’ll want to visit this place!

I have purchased countless beautiful pieces from LD Shoppe. From rugs and furniture to art and decor, this place truly has it all. Ever since its inception, this local shop has become my go-to place to find those pieces that really make a statement in my home. I highly recommend stopping by their shoppe if you're ever in the area. The store is so dreamy and the staff is always very helpful.

I wish I lived locally to tour the store on a regular basis because LD Shoppe is my design inspiration. So much so, I opted for their Design Consultation Service. I was paired with Riley D. and she is amazing! Thus far, we furnished my new home’s dining room/kitchen, guest room, and foyer/entry way. The customer service department regarding shipping and delivery were wonderful to work with— super responsive and provided customer-centric solutions to address any issues. Thank you, Paris and Hailey! Up next? The living room— I am excited to see the transformation!

I adore LD Shoppe! The Shoppe is a great store to walk through if you want to be inspired, with vignettes changing often to give ideas for your designs - it’s like taking a stroll through their beautifully curated IG. There are many decor pieces and unique items at a range of prices especially with the new addition of the LD market. In terms of purchasing it is so nice to have a beautiful furniture store here in Ottawa offering many Canadian made products. I have been slowly filling my new home with with rugs, furniture and decor and have been pleased with my purchases. Yes, the wait times are long but that has nothing to do with this company in my opinion and the communication has been great. I find the sales associates are always helpful and go out of the way to answer my many questions and give suggestions. I had minor damage to some pieces but they were quick to contact manufacturer and remedy the situation.

LD Shoppe has a great selection of high quality home decor and furniture. I’m always inspired when I visit their showroom, and have purchased many items from them in the past (including the pictured ottomans). Customer service is great!

LD Shoppe is the most beautifully curated store in Ottawa. I am always inspired when I walk into their store. Their vignettes are absolutely stunning, and their products are unique and high quality. I am a frequent visitor, and never seem to leave the store without buying something. I have also purchased many different items from their online store, from furniture to lighting to decor and even live plants, and have always had a great experience. I have encountered a few issues with product quality from my online orders (damage, defects, etc.) but the staff always found favourable solutions in a timely manner. The team, in-store and online, are professional, honest, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with design questions. I look forward to my next in-store or online visit!

I purchased 2 pendant lights from LD Shoppe and, due to a delayed kitchen renovation, didn't check the contents before the warranty expired. On opening the items I found crucial items missing.After an initial glitch with sales staff, I received a call from the owner. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided. I appreciated both the personal touch and commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you have the chance to work with Rylie at LD Shoppe, do it! She is absolutely amazing. She is attentive, helpful, talented and has amazing taste. She created a mood board for me and my husband and we could not be happier. The level of service she provided us was beyond what we expected. She was always willing to go the extra mile and was even willing to provide recommendations for other places in our home that we felt needed a personal touch. We will 100% be using the Design Consultation Service again and requesting Rylie. It is an amazing service offered by LD Shoppe and we highly recommend it.

LD is a great store with some amazing pieces. Sadly they get let down with their after sales service. I have spent a lot of money with them in the past so to say the recent experiences have been dissapointing is an understatement.Scenario 1. I ordered a table from them which was delivered damaged. I promptly went through their return process and was told a replacement table would be organised in an exchange with the damage table. Great! 6 weeks later, I receive the replacement table. It was literally broken in two. I had to call the delivery company (AJ Campbell) and tell them to come back and take the table away. They tell me to go back to LD to organise a third replacement. By this time I was fed up and asked for a refund. I received a backhanded apology outlining that they are just an ecommerce company" and are dependent on AJ Campbell doing their job. That may be true

I have made several purchases at LD Shoppe over the years. I have always found their staff very helpful and the overall customer experience very enjoyable. It is great to have such a unique home decor store in Ottawa.
