I was just there Saturday morning. It was quarter after 10:00 and the girl working there was just standing there talking and not making subs.

Truthfully this is the best Mr. sub I’ve ever had.All the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel so welcome within their establishment.If I have any special requests I don’t feel as if I’m burning them. The produce is always fresh and the bread is always hot coming out of the oven.I come here 2x a week or so on long days and am so great full for them and the professionalism with customer care and satisfaction.

I've been going to this location for many years, as it was the closest to my home.Recently we moved, and there is another Mr. Sub closer to us. However, we still make the drive to this location. The staff is awesome and they make fantastic subs....I'll be a customer for life, for those reasons.

Always great service and fast. Would recommend for anyone in the area. My favorite is the spicy chicken but the limited time choices are definitely a must when they are out. Brisket was a favorite

The girls that work here are soo fabulous. They don't cheap out on any toppings, they take instructions INCREDIBLY well and are super friendly. You can see they care very much about providing the best service to their customers. The bread is always fresh and so is the produce. Their customer service is also by far the best in all of London and surrounding towns IMO. Great location!!

Overall good experience the gentleman behind the counter didn't listen very well and he didn't explain what kind of protein was on a sub very well that being said he was nice he was not rude when I pointed it out and asked him to fix it overall a decent experience he was a little short could have been a little like more personable but again you don't have to be personable to give good service the food was good parking was easy it's kind of inconvenient to get into it but once you're there parking spot with the way he was very placid it wasn't very inviting that's why I gave the atmosphere three stars overall if you want that classic mr. Sub sandwich you grew up on this is the place to go

The lady behind the counter was awesome. She put on new gloves, and went to the back to get a different knife to use on my husband's gluten free bun. She also went to the back to check what sauces are gluten free. To my susprise most of them are. I had the spicy chicken. It was spicy but not too spicy. The washroom was clean. I appreciate that. Thanks for the good service.
