Typical very pushy life insurance salespeople. The agent we dealt with was trying to push us to use a life insurance payout (our relative died recently) to buy another life insurance policy, even after we said no several times. It's disgusting how they try to take advantage of you during a vulnerable time of loss in the family.

Made an online appointment with them and then the advisor assigned to me just didn't show up at the time of appointment. Then I called them and that advisor didn't have time to talk to me. I asked to talk to another advisor and he said he will ask his team and call me back. But no calls at all at the end.

Crooks. Plain and simple. They’re supposed to reimburse 80% of expenses for treatments with partnered service providers under contract, but they rarely reimburse more than 50% due to what they feel is ‘fair’. Just another insurance corporation taking advantage of the people they’re supposed to help provide relief to.
