We just had the security system at our lake front home in Muskoka done this week>>>>>>> We are beyond expectations with the level of quality, customer service and value. The set up was super clean and so easy to use. We had a small issue with a piece of equipment and John personally sent the part priority shipping to my door the next day. Blown away and highly recommend these guys. If I could give 10/5 stars I would.

Jon came out soon after receiving my enquiry about a home security system. Very professional and didn't try to sell me more than we needed. Installation was soon thereafter and went well with everything set up and explained. Couldn't ask for anything more, highly recommended.

Jon and Aaron went above and beyond to ensure my security system was setup within a few days of contacting them. Jon showed up to do an initial assessment of my property and provided recommendations on the best setup that would meet my needs. Aaron showed up on install day and made sure everything was well setup. I’m happy with my security system and recommend them for anyone looking for security installation services.

The team at Excellence Security were very knowledgeable about finding a perfect lock to meet my needs. They were so efficient and easy to work with. What impressed me the most was how quick they were able to have it installed. I urgently needed a door lock and they came even on a weekend, without hesitation. I really appreciated their professionalism and care in ensuring the job was done perfectly. They will be back to install more features. Highly recommended.
