It was an amazing experience ! Anurag is the best associate to go to and he was very helpful as he provided the best plans. The transition from my previous provider was so smooth that i don't think i will ever go back to some other salesperson. Harjot was great too! I highly recommend bell at kingsgate mall and kudos to the team for such an amazing customer experience!!!! Thank you Harjot and Anurag from Bell.

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a phone and getting a phone plan. I know that seems a bit over the top, but Sunny at NextGen Mobile, seems to really know his stuff, was incredibly friendly, even when I initially told him I was just shopping around.He found a rate that Bell offers that I didn't even know what available from looking at their site. I assumed I'd be going back to Freedom Mobile for the 3rd time in my life, mostly because phone plans in Canada are brutal.When I came back, Sunny was talking to another person who said pretty much the same thing to me. He was incredibly helpful with picking out the options. I probably would have gone with Freedom otherwise. Sunny was honest an upfront, about the various plans, and seems to want to find the best deal for his customers.Honestly great experience. I wasn't in much of a rush, so I let him help out some elderly folks who were having trouble understanding their phone plans they had recently purchased, he was also really patient with them and seemed interested in making sure that everything was working well, encouraged them to come back at the end of the month if there were any issues that might pop up with their bills.

Beware of their false representation on their cellphones deals. All plans are first time activation on a business plan. They will not answer their phone when such deals are advertised because they want you to come in the store so they can upsell you another plan. If the advertised deal is to good to be true , well it is. Stay away!

Anurag was very helpful in assisting us with the transfer of three phone lines to Virgin. Was transparent, quick, would highly recommend him. Excellent customer service.

The staff is very helpful, and they offer a variety of deals. I like the ambiance of the store. Mr. Ravi helped me with all problems I faced with my phone even after the purchase.

I was on Wednesday and I had a good experience there. James was so friendly and helpful, he helped me with an esim card and now I have wifi access to keep in touch with my relatives. I recommend this bell store.

Amazing ! Every time they deliver great service with full honesty and they don’t disappoint . I was at the Kingsgate mall location , Anurag was Very efficient , made the the process of upgrading my phone , super easy . So I can enjoy continue same plan with them , I’m so thankful ! Very professional and trust worthy store . Great staff and customer service , plus bell has an easy app and everything is transparent . And even their live chat was efficient .
