Went in for an oil change. I Got the standard oil change.They came over with typical extras and a price that are needed.I said no it’s all good thanks.The guy is then adding another funnel.I say hey I said no. He comes over and says ohh sorry it is already drained. I can reduce the price.I Will not be back. Double check every question they ask you.Reviewing from the garage as they finish.

I had a very serious situation. I had an oil change 3 weeks ago from Mr. Lube in Abbotsford…..yesterday I smelled something burning, checked my oils and barely a speck of oil on the dipstick. The closest place was Mr. Lube. I was terrified that i would lose my engine,,,,,,,,,Arsh, the technician was fabulous. He handle the situation like a pro. Calming me down , filling my car with oil. Noe charge and sent me on my way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jiffy Lube. I know it’s the only place I’ll be going from now on! Thanks Arsh!

I had this place rated 5 stars used them a few time but on my last visit I was very unimpressed. Everything went great until one of the employees told my fuel filter was “rusty” and looked old, I just had it replaced 2 months before as well as my fuel filter. I gave them benefit of the doubt and didn’t tell them that just said no thanks I will do myself. I went home to double check because maybe the mechanic that replaced my fuel pump lied aswell but it was different that the one I put in and was brand new. I know they try to upswell and fuel filter easy money. Anyways after all was done they told me they couldn’t check my transmission fluid because the bolt was rounded, I used them before this oil change and it was checked and I have been no where since so it either happened last time or most likely this time when I came in. Didn’t own up to it I was busy and didn’t want to argue but paid and left and I will fix it myself. I’m going to just stick to doing my own oil changes from now on. I do not recommend this place anymore at all. Luckily I work on my own vehicle and know what I’ve done to it, I feel bad for people that have no idea. They also wanted to replace my brand new air filter.

I always use this location and get great service!Lucky and Arsh who work there are great employees that are very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Great job guys!I highly recommend this location.

I went here to get a service that I didn't actually need and technician Jason was honest and super nice and even filled my wiper fluid before sending me on my way.

I got my car serviced here. Quick in and out. They did a really good job. It was a bit pricier than what I expected but the team knew what they were doing. One of the window wipers were not really doing the job. Went back there they just put on a new one without any questions.Special shoutout to Ming.Will definitely go again for my next service.Thanks Jiffy!

Friendly and courteous staff. Changed my cabin filter which really needed a change. Checked brakes and lights among other things. I highly recommend and will be back for my next oil change :)

Jiffy Lube in Aldergrove just changed the oil on my 2018 GMC Silverado Diesel and charged me $154 before tax. The GMC dealer which charges $160 per hour for shop time said they would do it for $100 and I just called Great Canadian Oil Change Co who said they would do it for $61 before taxes. Guess where my business is going from now on.
