Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Fraser Heights

I have been a member of Oxygen Fraser Heights for a few years and I have to say that the management of this studio truly cares for our well-being. All my inputs or concerns over the years were thoughtfully and professionally addressed. The manager and instructors work hard and have our best interests at heart. It is a welcoming, positive and safe place. Highly recommended!!

I love this location. It is a smaller location, but they make up for the space with the amazing classes provided by amazing instructors. Not only are the instructors awesome, but the front desk clerk also adds to the positive atmosphere. Would 10/10 recommend.

The receptionist was extremely unhelpful to the point where I wanted to ask several time if she actually worked there. Called in to ask about this alignment workshop that was happening and she said we would have to drop by if we wanted the details. That does now make sense then I heard her ask someone and just basically reiterated that it's an alignment workshop. I asked if it was a class where we would be performing yoga and she gave a very vague answer. Went to the workshop which was completely not what me and my friends were expecting. The receptionist also rented my friend a yoga mat when the workshop didnt even require one. Just not the best experience

This is the best fitness studio ever! I am taking yoga classes daily there. The classes are fun and creative, and the instructors are professional, engaging and patient.

Great place and location, loved going there before C-19. Enjoy being able to select classes based on intensity. Can't wait to get back!

I have never met a business that is unprofessional and disregard on customers like that.I had a morning class at 7am and had to drive 25 min to get there, another 20 min wait, they closed but never sent me any text or email about it. If you are late or miss a class, you will be charged but no fee will be refunded to you when they cancel the class and no reason or notice is given to you. My biggest mistake was buying a 1-year membership here.

Bought a 3 month pass, stopped going because of the BLATENT disregard for customer privacy. Manager joined a class, took pictures and videos without consent and when I politely asked for my videos/pictures not to be posted she kept asking me WHY. Why do I have to give you a reason when I politely request that you not use and distribute my likeliness? She went on to say that it was used for marketing purposes and that I should take a seat in the far back corner next time she joins classes so I am not captured. Are you kidding me?! She was defiant that she would continue to take videos and pictures without consent and it was MY problem to avoid from that point forward.The money I spent on the pass is not worth the treatment I received and I'm not even comfortable discussing this issue again with the manager"

I love this place! It has such good vibes, the instructors are so motivating and the desk staff is super nice. Their yoga classes have become part of my routine!

Bought a week pass. First time showed up they wouldn't let me in without a yoga mat due to covid regulations, which I understand but was not posted about on their website and I didn't want to pay $50 for the mat. Came back to few days later with my mat, 3 minutes early and doors were locked, can't get in. Not happy, asking for refund.

Tried the gym , spin everything but yoga by far is my personal favourite been going here for almost 2 years now and i love it ! The classes are always different every time and keeps me motivated, the staff are so friendly and welcoming too!:)
