Service BC Centre Merritt
Whenever I end up dealing with a government agency I usually have to lower my expectations as they almost always disappoint. In this case however, both of the ladies that helped me at this Service BC location were exceptional.I didn't catch the name of the younger lady that was helping me but she made extra effort (without any prompting from me) to ensure my issue was handled in the best way possible. Very impressed.
