If I could give less than a 1 star for this service I would, staff at the Toronto location were extremely rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will never use this service again. Management, you need to review your hiring process and ensure that you put people with the appropriate skills in customer facing roles. Not only will I never use you again, I will encourage all those that I know to also never ship through you again. Very disappointed!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff here. Over the past two years I've used their services to pack barrels both in the comfort of my home, and in their warehouse, with no issues. Everyone is clear and concise in their explanations and very accomodating. I will definitely conduct more business with them in the future.

Waiting for my box to be picked up. The schedule time was 10am to 2pm. Received a call at 10.30 to confirm my details but still waiting. Its almost 5pm.My entire day is ruined as my other stuff is held up.Would not recommend this company

Amazing service. Ship my barrels on March 5, and they already delivered to customers at home. No hassles to go clear barrels like other company do when u send door to door. Had bad experience with another shipping company. But laparkan was Amazing to ship with. Will recommend to friends and family. Keep up the great service. Extremely poor service , first they called and scheduled pick up then after waiting hours i recieved a call that they were running late and they may have to come the next day. They did show up the next day and i was very understanding however i was reassured that my barrel was going to be shipped off within that week. Now 2 weeks later i find out that my barrel is now only going to be shipped off and no one informed me that it didn't go out within the scheduled time i was told and when i called they were dishonest and didn't want to admit that it was going out later than i was told it would be. They didnt express any remorse for their inefficiency.
