Hate to see negative reviews. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for the last 4 years and can say nothing but good things. Always clean, always friendly and professional staff, the pharmacists and crew are most helpful. Finally, the sales are always well spread through their merchandise selection. Cheers!

This pharmacy has such caring and helpful pharmacists. If you are having an issue with a medication, they welcome you to come back and talk to them. There are even private, quiet booths for them to talk to you in.If you're having an issue with your prescription, they'll even fax your doctor with your concerns and even ask for permission to make adjustments. I don't know if this is standard, but it blew me away.The waiting area has a blood pressure machine and lots of seating for waiting.

One of the best teams of pharmacists I've ever encountered (besides one who I won't name and not because they're bad just because they aren't as noteworthily fantastic as the others). Service can be slow but that isn't their fault. Non-pharmacy services offer good specials. None of my issues (computers not working, my medication not being in stock only rarely) are their fault and are a consequence of much larger issues which effect all pharmacies. I've never felt judged and even pharmacy techs went out of their way to help a rival pharmacy ensure I got my meds when they were not available in any Jean Coutu.

Great staff here.1 of the managers here, really cool guy always greets me, as a brotha in an area like Verdun it means a lot.I shop here few times per season, mainly body/hair care, hygiene, bathroom & household items (when on sale) ei body wash soap lotion shampoo TP liquid detergent I like to stock up for whole year, if the price is right I will stock up, its 1 less item to worry about during the year esp when its -30 outside.The girls at front cash are very polite pleasant & friendly (when they have customers for photo it slows the whole line down - they need to get a sepearate cashier/worker for this get a store clerk trained to take those pics instead of the cashiers it takes so long n then were just waiting n waiting in line. No Buenos)Pharmacy upstairs is decent, avoid the ol folks timing (am & early lunch) otherwise youll be waiting a solid 20 mins (doesnt fully make sense to me they have like 6 people wrking there in daytime yet still takes em so long - maybe strategy of operation should be adjusted to reflect & favor the customers INSIDE waiting while delivery orders can wait to be filled).Canada Post staff are pleasant too. Have to be careful the line can get very long n boring as CP has a VERY outdated system of 1 click at a time requiring about 20 clicks LOL. People picking up their parcels regularly should find a better solution ei install a drop box at your door or set up flex delivery option; half the lineup n wait time is typically from people just picking up parcels.Great store + a DOLLARAMA right beside. 2 birds with 1 stone!!

Always gets something g wrong and never takes responsibility. Makes me wait another 30 mins after i waited 2 hours at home because they forgot a pill. Very rude and not understanding.

Well my husband called to order medication he was told if he wasent happy to go some where else if this is how they treat there customers not to good here latley missing medication .she said he was rude and didnt like the way he talked well telling your customet to go some where else if there not happy is not rude then what is it .theres a lot more to the story than i can write good luck to pjc jean coutu i just hope the calls are recorded no respect at this pharmacy y reading all what other people have to say i got it thank you

I was there today for a Picture for a visa, the guy at the Pharmacy indicated me to the right section of the store. The girl at the register was aslo very helpful. Ty everyone!

The absolute worst prescription counter I've ever dealt with. By a long shot. Always takes upwards of 20-30 minutes to receive my prescription, when there are several members of staff behind the counter, AND literally two people ahead of me. Sometimes only one.And don't get me started on trying to reach a pharmacist over the phone..You leave your information for them to call you back and then they never do. I've called back and been told it's very busy right now unfortunately". As far as I know

The service here is usually good but when I phoned today a male pharmacist was extremely condescending with me. I called asking for help on a medication I was taking that was making me sick and instead of giving me advice, he hashed over my original call and said things like: Do you remember when we told you this yesterday
