I have been to this location on 2 occasions, for my laptop, and both times I have been satisfied with their service. The 1st time was because I had lost and needed to replace a few keys. I was also offered to have my entire keyboard replaced, though at a higher cost so I just paid for the few keys to be replaced. The 2nd time was because my laptop kept crashing upon start-up with a blue screen. After using their service again, I never had that issue since. The time between repairs wasn’t bad - usually I could pick-up my laptop with a business day to four days. The costs for repair wasn't too expensive either (I told them I was a student). The person I spoke to was polite, and was able to explain to me in simple terms what had happened to my laptop for the 2nd occasion. This location losses only one star from me because the environment could be a bit more clean and organized, welcoming to visitors. Otherwise, I would recommend this store, and ask them for any computer-related issues!

This guy is a liar. Don't trust him. I repaired my laptop screen about 9 months ago. After that, I bought a new laptop for continuing my work and I just put the repaired laptop in my home and almost didn't use it any more. However, in the last week, since I need to copy some files form the repaired laptop, I opened it and found the screen was not working again. The problem is same as the problem I meet before. I called this guy to tell this problem and he told me that he was not responsible for that and this problem was caused by manufacturers. If I want to repair it again, I have to pay for it. It's so horrible and dishonest!!!

Thank you for recovering all photos from my phone. Knowing them at the location for business more than 12 years but first time needed to walk in for a service, amazing people. God bless their business for decades.

From the first service received from them 10 years a ago, it 's been a decade, I am still going to their shop for computer repair services. They'v never dispointed me. They are doing very good.

Came to print a few colour pages out and was extremely happy with the customer service. Not only did he help me identify errors he helped correct colours and worked with me to make sure my colour prints were what I wanted. Will be coming here for all my printing/passport/ computer needs from now on. Thanks !

Have visited the shop many times. Provides excellent print services and you have option for both DHL and UPS support.
