One of our friends recommended this brand. We called a couple times to ask some questions about the flooring, the customer service was professional and nice. Then we ended up purchasing the floor in one of the retail stores in Brampton. Great purchasing experience with them! !

We bought our flooring from wholesalers which had Vidar products 10 month ago , last month our condo flooded so we had to order from where we had bought before ,but they did not have enough same flooring which we needed means we needed just less than 20 sf , so I had to to come directly to vidar company and they really try to find exact much of which I need, specially Lucy she was very kind and helpful which i really didn’t expect and I really appreciated her and they found for me , thank you all

We have recently purchased a house and only to find out entire house flooring has been defective. I have never seen a floor peel-off from walking on it. Previous owners had purchased Vidar product in 2018. Usually warranty on these floors are 20+ years. Spoke with Steven, he was really rude and took no responsibility and he didn't even want to investigate or look at his own product. DoNot recommend their products.. Worst customer service
