Gave me a wrong prescription after a 1 hour wait for a $2200 prescription. I'm glad i realized it while still in the hospital. I have to wait again while they prepare my prescription.I understand they are busy, but they need to be careful with medication.

It's good because the medication you need are always available the same day, but the stuff on the front are very rude they need to get some training on customer service. The pharmacist is nice and gives a good advices.

My son was admitted in the hospital and I needed some extra saline so I came in @4:55pm extactly and the doors were already closed. The woman at the door almost refused my entry for a 2 second purchase all because she wanted to go hone from her shift. Didn’t have a name badge and was rude. Go somewhere else for better customer service!

Love this shoppers they always wait for me if I’m running late. The staff are all very friendly and professional and make you feel very comfortable plush it’s never a long wait for my prescription besides you can always go shopping while waiting for your prescription to kill time.

Worst customer service!!Reached there 2 minutes before 7 but they were closed before timings. The lady named malisa refused to give medicine even if it was a pickup only. We asked them to check the cameras but then they started making excuses. Medicines were very important, they were for a cancer patient, we told them that but even then they refused to give us medicine.

Rude staff lady , at drop off station at 1:30 pm , 23 October 2022 … I call them from home they said formula is ready just come and grab it . When I reach the lady was very rude and she gave me one hour time . I told her that someone told me on phone that formula is ready and now your are giving one hour waiting time . Very very disappointed and staff is stupid .

The employees at this store need to know the importance of customer service, they will argue with you about their merchandisers mistake then refuse to honour their price error. Worst customer service, having the privilege of being in the sickkids hospital Where sick children and stressed out parents are the last thing a parent/ customer should have to deal with is a rude employee. FIX IT YOUR EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I will definitely be making a formal complaint to head office.

Rude staff, poor service, very long wait!Except for the drop off gentlemen, the entire staff is extremely rude.The wait time was given 20 mins, but after several extensions and exchange of words, got my incomplete prescription after more than an hour. The staff was not sorry at all.If plz think it is convenient as it’s inside the hospital, I advise them to go to another place because this location is as inconvenient as it gets.

The staff at drop-off station lost my sister-in-law prescription and didn't even offer to help further. The staff only said sorry, and that was it. Wouldn't they keep all prescription paper in files? The front staff didn't even look into it and was very rude.
