Ace is so chill. Very sweet and helpful

If you want to add some edgy style to your wardrobe, then this is the store for you. There are dramatic tees, jeans, and swimwear with rock-and-roll aesthetic mix. Chic staples like vintage jeans and tie-dye tees are found in plenty, not to forget anime goods. The staff are very easy to talk to and are very helpful when it comes to locating products. There is a selection of cool accessories too!

I come in here every so often to pick up something - I like the selection and the prices are generally good.The staff look like a lineup of all the men I used to swipe right on when I was 21: cool guys with cool clothes and cool haircuts that looked a little bit like they hadn’t showered in a week, and seemed like their brains were fried from a few too many psychedelic experiences. I fear that last part may be a reality for these gentlemen, as they didn’t seem to have a brain cell between them. Whether fumbling around at the register trying to figure out where the buttons were, or congregating at the entrance and talking only to each other until approached, it truly takes a village to keep this store running. A village of fried young men.

Today, at 3:36pm Nov, 28, 2019. I was feeling very unhappy about a boy at this shop. My friend went to there for shopping, and I followed him. After, I and he gets off this shop. Then, a boy works at this shop ( a staff )running to call us. He thinked I was a thief, and checkad my body. Oh my God, everyone looked at me. What is going on? I just come and shopping. Why he did that with me. I am not a thief, I was feeling very badly. I never come here again. And, I will talk with all vietnamese in Vancouver. Saying never come there. I am sure. This shop is so bad.

Good Customer Service at the store but I bough a t-shirt as a gift for a friend and when I went to home to take off the price I was surprised that the original price was less than the sale price tag on the t-shirt(price I was charged). For a store as widely spread as Zumiez, this for sure feels and sounds like a scam. BE AWARE NEXT TIME YOU SHOP FROM THEIR STORE!

I was looking for a new pair of sneakers and I tried several stores in d/t Vancouver. (We have awful shopping options). I had about given up and so bummed with terrible customer service at the Bay, Aldo, PAC Centre and some small store on Cordova, but something told me to walk up Granville Street even with the drug issue. I was drawn into this store and when I walked in I was greeted warmly like I mattered. Long story short, too late, the two guys working on May 25, (I forgot their names) were fantastic! They helped me find the perfect shoe!I’m definitely going back there.Great hiring Zumiez!!

Excellent customer service!!! Ace was extremely helpful answering all my questions and she was very chill and friendly.

Bought a Nixon watch here, and not one of the sales associates was able to help me size it properly. The sales associates aren't usually that knowledgeable, I've found. Moral of the story: support your local skate shops.
